the upper spine behind your heart.. 

Explore a process for "feeling into achy places" from a place of non-resistance in these highly propped and supported poses as you soften, ease and release tension in your body and mind!

You Will Need:

A yoga mat

2-4 blankets

Pillow or blanket to support your head

Folding chair, ottoman or couch nearby

2-4 yoga blocks

A long scarf, tie, or martial arts belt

Taught by Zoom {one click to join}


You'll receive access to recordings, so that you can practice on your own on an ongoing basis, so a single class can be repeated every day for a week.
